Timeline

1975: SERFILCO Europe Established

1980: SERFILCO supply ‘Sentry’ cartridge filters to GKN Sankey/Jaguar Ventrure pressings to improve chrome plating quality on bright work heralding the trend towards high turnovers and cartridge filter use.

1985: SERFILCO filters are at the forefront of the PCB manufacturing explosion in the UK, supplying both OEM and End-users, the SERFILCO brand becoming synonymous with Mag-Drive Pumps, Vertical Pumps and Filtration for the PCB industry

1990: SERFILCO develops separate filtration and bypass carbon purification, introducing the exceptional and innovative ‘Bypass Purification’, a method that continues to lead the way.

1995: SERFILCOs game changing SerDuctor Airless agitation system appears for the first time in the UK Surface Treatment sector on a Canning Trojan plating line

1997: the Pioneering first use of SERFILCOs unique ‘Titan’ permanent media filtration system on large volume acid and alkaline zinc baths

2000: Whilst the UK PCB Industry contracts SERFILCO goes from strength to strength as Space-Saver filtration systems are widely adopted in UK plating and plating on plastic plants.

2005: The UK becomes the 2^nd largest Aerospace sector in the world and SERFILCO products become the preferred equipment for Aerospace wet-processes

2010: SERFILCO Europe becomes SERFILCO International, with SERFILCO Gmbh and SERFILCO Chemical Pump Shanghai expanding our global reach.

2015: SERFILCO celebrate our 40^th anniversary by launching the UK designed and manufactured JM and FM filtration Systems

2016: SERFILCO collect the SEA’s Award for Outstanding International Contribution after exporting to 55 countries during 2015-16

2017: SERFILCO continue to expand, taking on our first employee in the Indian market
